What is Gua Sha?
- A traditional Asian massage technique using a smooth tool.
- Helps improve circulation and release tension.
- Commonly used for relaxation and wellness.
Workshop Focus:
- Learn and practice Gua Sha for hand massage.
- Guided session for relaxation and self-care.
⚠️ Important Notice: Not suitable for individuals with open cuts on their hands. If you have health concerns, please consult your GP before attending.
Costs:
- £1 for CCC-B members & carers
- £2 for non-members
You must give your membership number when you book, and bring your membership card to the workshop. Priority given to past participants. Limited Spots Available – Only 12.
