Annual General Meeting – 週年大會 (37th Annual General Meeting)

Chinese Community Centre – Birmingham will hold its 37th Annual General Meeting on November 12, 2024 (Tuesday) from 11:30 to 12:30. The agenda will include the chairman’s speech, work report and financial report, etc.

If members of the centre have any matters that they would like to discuss at the AGM, please notify Anna Yim in writing one week in advance.

Please sign up early! Your membership number must be provided at registration. Please bring your membership card on the day to use for voting. Thank you.

伯明翰華人社區中心擬定於2024年11月12日(星期二)11時30分-12時30分於中心禮堂舉行第37屆週年大會。是日議程將包括主席致詞, 工作報告及財政報告等。

中心會員若有任何事宜欲于大會上商議，敬請提早一週書信通知嚴姑娘。

Only paid-up members are allowed to vote at our Annual General Meeting.

This year we are introducing a new rule that Membership cards will be used as voting cards.

If you have not collected your membership card, please arrive early to collect it before the AGM begins on 12th November.

Remember: no card, no vote!
