I: Vaccination programme continues to roll out…
I:II People aged 56+
You will be contacted by the NHS Vaccination Centre or your GP surgery. The vaccination is free, and only available via the NHS in the UK. Any vaccinations being advertised by private clinics or on the internet may be fake and not approved by the official regular MHRA. You may be risking your health and wasting your money if you book a private vaccination.
I:II Carers
If you are an informal carer not receiving Carers Allowance, make sure your GP knows you are caring for someone who is clinically vulnerable.

II: ‘The roadmap out of lockdown’
Step 1 (Part 1) of the roadmap out of lockdown came into effect on Monday; Part 2 of Step 1 is scheduled to start on 29th March.
Each step will only be implemented if 4 tests are satisfied:
- Test 1 The vaccination programme is on schedule
- Test 2 Hospitalisations and deaths are reduced
- Test 3 The NHS is not overwhelmed by a surge of new cases
- Test 4 New variants of concern can be adequately managed
If these tests are not met, we will not move to the next stage. Therefore, it is advisable to wait before you book holidays abroad as restrictions could continue beyond 21st June – the end of the roadmap.
The dates are the earliest we can expect change.
III: Travel abroad
Travel abroad is still prohibited except for specified reasons. If you do have an exempt reason to travel to another country, you must complete a declaration form for international travel, available on the Gov.UK website. Link to the form here: http://bit.ly/30wQJVQ

Have you received your Census letter?
The Census has gone online this year. If you prefer a paper form, call 0800 141 2021 to order.
ONS is running workshops to help householders complete the online Census – see below. ONS staff cannot complete the survey for you – they will explain the questions so that you can complete it. If any CCC-B members are unable to go online or complete the paper form, they can book an appointment with our Advice & Advocacy Service and we can complete the online form over the telephone with them. We are charging a special rate of £6 for a single householder/£9 for a couple household. Please note our Census support is for our older members who don’t have family, friends or other networks to help them.

I 新冠疫苗接种继续按计划实施
I:II 56岁或以上的人士
NHS疫苗接种中心或您的家庭医生将与您联系。 新冠疫苗是免费接种，只通过英国NHS为民众提供。 任何由私人诊所或在互联网上广告宣传的接种新冠疫苗很可能都是假信息，未经过英国药品和医疗产品监管局批准。 如果您通过私人机构接种新冠疫苗，可能会有健康风险和财务损失。
I:II 照料者
如果您属于未获批“照料者津贴”的非正式照料者，请确保让您的家庭医生知道您正在照料临床上有病患的人。
II “疫情解封路线图”
疫情解封路线图第一阶段的第一个部分已在本周一开始实施。第一阶段的第二个部分将在3月29日开始实施。
实施解封的每个阶段都必须满足以下的四个条件：
- 条件1. 新冠疫苗大规模接种继续按计划进行
- 条件2. 新冠病人住院人数和死亡数大幅减少
- 条件3. 新增感染病例不会导致NHS医疗系统不堪重负
- 条件4. 新冠病毒的新变种可以被有效的控制
如果不能满足以上条件，解封将不会进入到下一阶段。 因此，建议您暂缓预订国外度假计划，因为封锁可能会持续到6月21日之后。 6月21日是我们预期，最早可以完全解封的日期。
III: 国际旅行
