Aromatherapy for Mood, Sleep, and Wellbeing

  • Learn to blend essential oils to uplift mood and improve sleep
  • Discover the benefits of oils for health and wellbeing
  • Create your own personalised blend to take home

The workshop will focus on aromatherapy, featuring oil blending techniques to uplift low moods and improve sleep. Participants will also learn about different essential oils that help health and wellbeing, Participants can mix their own personalised blends of oils and take them home.

Allergies: You must notify us of any allergies or health concerns that may be affected by aromatherapy when you book.

Costs: CCC-B Members – Free; Non-Members: £2.

You must give your membership number when you book, and bring your membership card to the workshop.
