To support people in accessing all welfare benefits and public services to which they are legally entitled in order to eradicate or minimise disadvantage and exclusion.

We provide advice and information on matters such as:

  • Benefits and Welfare
  • Debt and Consumer Finance
  • Education
  • General enquiries
  • Immigration

Outcomes

Income maximised through benefit takeup; increased financial inclusion; improved standard of living; enhanced choice and control, increased contribution to the local economy.

The Advice and Advocacy service is available to all people at a fee, with a reduced fee for members. We advise people of fees before confirming appointments.
